选用模数为5mm、7.5mm、10mm的试样.研究0.7-13%锰合金化对低碳白口铸铁组织与性能的影响.结果表明,在砂型冷却条件下,试样获得马氏体的适宜锰量为5-7%;三种试样的硬度随锰量增加的变化都存在峰值,但出现峰值的锰量不同;冲击韧性、相对韧性、抗弯强度随锰量的变化与硬度有很好的对应关系;抗磨性基本上随硬度增大而提高;抗多冲碎裂性能随锰量增加呈下降趋势;消除铸造应力使低锰试样抗多冲碎裂性能进一步提高.
Select the modulus of 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm of the sample. The effect of 0.7-13% manganese alloy on microstructure and properties of low carbon white cast iron was studied. The results show that the suitable manganese content of martensite is 5-7% under the sand cooling condition. The hardness of the three samples shows the peak value with the increase of manganese content, but the peak value of manganese content is different. The impact Toughness, relative toughness, flexural strength with the change of manganese content and hardness have a good corresponding relationship; abrasion resistance basically increases with increasing hardness; anti-punching fragmentation performance decreases with the increase of manganese content; elimination of casting Stress so that the low manganese multi-punch chipping resistance to further improve performance.
