目的建立玉米面中铅、镉、砷和总汞的电感耦合等离子体质谱同时测定方法。方法样品经湿法消化后,用Agilent 7700s ICP-MS在氦碰撞模式下进行分析,用校正方程和混合内标等方式校正干扰和漂移。结果本法4种元素相对标准差均<5%,回收率为102%~110%,对标准参考物质的测定结果符合证书值要求。对352份玉米面实际样品测定的结果均令人满意,且4种重金属的含量均在安全范围之内。结论该方法简单、快速,结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于同类型食品中多种元素含量的同时测定。
Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of lead, cadmium, arsenic and total mercury in cornmeal by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Methods Samples were digested wet and analyzed with an Agilent 7700s ICP-MS in helium collision mode to correct for interference and drift using calibration equations and mixed internal standards. Results The relative standard deviations (RSDs) of all the four elements in this method were less than 5% and the recoveries were between 102% and 110%. The results of the standard reference materials were in line with the certification values. The results of 352 real samples of cornmeal were satisfactory, and the content of 4 kinds of heavy metals were within the safe range. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be applied to the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in the same type of food.
