患者女,74岁,住院号117089。因腹泻、腹痛2天,于1982年1月23日入院。患者于1月21日晚餐吃鱼,当晚下半夜开始腹痛伴恶心呕吐3次,吐出物为胃内容物。旋即稀水便20余次,次日发热、头昏、全身酸疼不适,粘液便带血丝10次。大便镜检:白细胞+++,红细胞+。拟诊:急性菌痢。体检:T38.8℃,P96次,BP110/70。急性病容,轻度脱水貌,心肺(-),腹呈舟状,
