作者采用SDS-PAGE、2D-PAGE结合银染色法及免疫印迹技术对五株不同致病力钩体外膜蛋白和脂多糖作比较研兜。SDS-PAGE分析发现三株致病钩体外胰蛋白电泳图谱非常相似,与两株非致病性钩体电泳图谱无相关关系。强毒力017株外膜21.5kd区带的蛋白含量明显高于两株弱毒力钩体。2D-PAGE图谱差异更大,主要表现为pI的分布不同。用抗017株的McAb(LB_1)对五株外膜进行免疫印迹分析。该McAb主要识别三株致病性钩体共有的41kd抗原。三株致病性钩体外膜脂多糖电泳图谱与两株非致病钧体外膜脂多糖电泳图谱迥然不同。
The authors used SDS-PAGE, 2D-PAGE combined with silver staining and immunoblotting techniques to compare five different virulence leptospiral outer membrane proteins and lipopolysaccharide. SDS-PAGE analysis found that the three strains of pathogenic extra-tryptic peptides were very similar, with two non-pathogenic hook electrophoresis no correlation. The virulence of 017 outer membrane 21.5kd zone protein content was significantly higher than the two strains of virulent leptospira. 2D-PAGE patterns are more different, mainly for the distribution of pI different. Five outer membranes were immunoblotted with anti-017 McAb (LB_1). The McAb primarily recognizes the 41kd antigen common to the three pathogenic leptospira. Three strains of leptospiral outer lipopolysaccharide gel electrophoresis and two non-pathogenic Jun outer membrane lipopolysaccharide electrophoresis very different.
