目的探讨沈阳市和平区居民慢性非传染病死亡情况,更好地开展预防工作。方法对和平区2007～2011年居民病伤死亡监测资料中的主要慢性非传染病死亡情况进行分析。结果 2007～2011年和平区累计因主要慢性非传染病死亡18 391例,年均死亡率为579.35/10万,各年死亡率分别为531.60/10万、556.89/10万、579.98/10万、618.87/10万、608.70/10万。2007～2011年年均死亡率,恶性肿瘤为202.90/10万,脑血管病为152.82/10万,心脏病为156.41/10万,慢性呼吸系统疾病为29.83/10万,糖尿病为21.20/10万,高血压为15.81/10万。慢性非传染病年均死亡率,男性为656.58/10万,女性为504.99/10万;0～14岁为0.28/10万),15～34岁为3.50/10万,35～54岁为61.83/10万,≥55岁为513.99/10万。结论和平区居民慢性非传染病死亡率较高。
Objective To investigate the death of chronic non-communicable diseases among residents living in Heping District of Shenyang City and to carry out prevention work better. Methods The mortality of major chronic non-communicable diseases among residents in the Heping district from 2007 to 2011 was analyzed. Results A total of 18 391 cases of chronic non-communicable diseases were killed in Heping district from 2007 to 2011, with an average annual mortality rate of 579.35 / lakh and annual mortality rates of 531.60 / lakh, 556.89 / lakh and 579.98 / lakh respectively, 618.87 / 100,000, 608.70 / 100,000. The average annual death rate from 2007 to 2011 was 202.90 / 100,000 for malignant tumors, 152.82 / 100000 for cerebrovascular diseases, 156.41 / 100000 for heart disease, 29.83 / 100000 for chronic respiratory diseases and 21.20 / 100000 for diabetes , Hypertension was 15.81 / 100,000. The annual average mortality rate of chronic non-communicable diseases was 656.58 / lakh for males and 504.99 / lakh for females; 0.28 / lakh for 0-14 years old), 3.50 / lakh for 15-34 years old and 61.83 for 35-54 years old / 100,000, ≥55 years old is 513.99 / 100,000. Conclusion The death rate of chronic non-communicable diseases in Heping District is higher.
