本文基于在酸性条件下,钒对溴酸钾氧化铬蓝黑B反应的催化作用,建立了测定痕量钒的催化动力学新体系。以极谱法测定的线性范围为0~10ng/10mL,检测下限为1.4×10 ̄(-12)g/mL;以光度法测定的线性范围为0~10ng/6mL,检测下限为1.11×10 ̄(-11)g/mL。应用于饮用水及人发中痕量钒的测定,结果满意。
Based on the catalytic effect of vanadium on the blue-black B reaction of potassium bromate and chromic oxide under acidic conditions, a new catalytic kinetic system for the determination of trace vanadium was established. The linear range was 0 ~ 10ng / 10mL and the limit of detection was 1.4 × 10 ~ (-12) g / mL. The linear range was 0 ~ 10ng / 6mL by spectrophotometry and the limit of detection was 1 .11 × 10 ~ (-11) g / mL. It is used in the determination of trace vanadium in drinking water and human hair with satisfactory results.
