粉末成形计算机仿真的难点是建立数学模型.针对铁粉材料,首先推导出材料模型的本源式,并在此基础上,通过实验确定较为准确的泊松比与材料相对密度的关系式,建立了一种新的描述粉末金属压制过程的数学模型,用于描述材料加工时的力学性能变化,数值模拟与物理仿真的结果对比证明:与其他模型相比,新模型形式简单,精度较高,并且与材料相关.可以很好地描述铁粉压制变形行为.同时,该方法也可供类似材料的建模借鉴
