本组13例为1986年至1991年,在我院行人流术后血腹形成进行回顾性分析。年龄最小的19岁,最大的40岁,人流时孕5周的4例,孕8周的3例,孕12周的6例,13例中有4例第一胎行剖宫术者,2例是初孕,7例已产妇。4例有临床症状,即人流术后有排尿、排便感,小腹坠痛,在B超下可见子宫直肠窝内有液性暗区。9例是人流数天后在行输卵管结扎时发现的。
