满江红[Azolla imbricata(Roxb)Nakai是一种漂浮水生蕨类植物。它与满江红鱼腥藻(Anabaena azollae Strasb)共生,具有光合、固氮、放氢等功能。目前在国内外已广泛引人注目。前人曾从各个角度做了许多研究,但由于方法所限,比如它的细胞结构仅观察到某一局部或片断,未能看到细胞的全貌。为此我们采用了段续川教授的植物细胞分离制片法。这是经五年之久革新成功的一种方法,可以看到细胞整体状态并且克服了切片中硅细胞带来的干扰等弊病。经过试验,我们把这一方法成功地用于观察满江
