根据自治区、桂林市“十二五”规划纲要与自治区加快“14+4”产业体系建设规划,桂林市第四次党代会对全市今后5年的发展作了全面部署,提出了要举全市之力加快打造桂林国家高新区千亿元产业园区的宏伟目标。为了解高新区打造千亿元产业园的优势与存在困难,我们在2011年11月20日至30日对桂林国家高新区打造千亿元产业园区的发展现状进行了调查。
