黑龙江黑龙江省市政基础设施建设投资460亿元。建抚高速公路建三江至前哨段将完成24.8亿元的投资额,占该项目投资总额的40%;农村公路计划完成投资1亿元,建设通畅工程100公里、通达工程39公里、标准化景观路29公里;为提高边防公路的通行保障能力,计划投资0.7亿元建设两条总长41.9公里的边防公路。用于公路管养1.4亿元,加快推进公路养护机械化、现代化的进程。
