1979年12月我们考察组应加拿大柏克德(Bechtel)公司的邀请,前往加拿大、美国进行技术考察。共考察了11个矿山,4个冶炼厂,5个选矿厂。这11个矿山有9个地下矿山,2个露天矿山。通过对这些矿山的生产、技术、管理工作的考察,使我们受到一些启发。本着洋为中用,取长补短,改进矿山生产技术管理,提高矿山生产效率的目的,提出一些粗浅的看法,供大家参考。一、安全第一当我们每进入一个矿山,首先看到的是“安全第一”和各种安全规定的标语。有的矿山在显要位置上还挂有安全生产10～23年的工人大幅照片及事迹。下井前必须进行安
December 1979 Our team was invited by Canadian company Bechtel to visit Canada and the United States for technical study. A total of 11 mines were investigated, 4 smelters, 5 concentrator. These 11 mines have 9 underground mines and 2 open mines. Through the investigation of the production, technology and management of these mines, we are inspired by some.
