研究了β-环糊精(β-CD)或β-环糊精-CTMAB对三苯甲烷和二苯并吡喃类酸性染料显色反应的影响。发现β-CD对某些反应有增敏作用,β-CD-CTMAB对某些反应有协同增敏作用,其作用的大小与显色剂的结构,金属离子的价态及所形成络合物的特性有关。发现β-CD对提高显色反应的选择性有一定的作用。初步总结了β-CD对上述两类染料显色反应产生增敏作用的一些因素并探讨了有关机理。
The effects of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) or β-cyclodextrin-CTMAB on the color reaction of triphenylmethane and dibenzopyran acid dyes were studied. Β-CD was found to sensitize to some reactions. Β-CD-CTMAB has a synergistic sensitizing effect on some reactions. The effect of β-CD-CTMAB is related to the structure of the chromogenic reagent, the valency of the metal ion and the complex formed Related to the characteristics. Β-CD was found to improve the selectivity of the color reaction to a certain extent. The factors that lead to the sensitizing effect of β-CD on the color reaction of the above two dyes were summarized and the relevant mechanisms were discussed.
