尼龙66盐(己二酸己二胺盐)中二氨基环己烷(DCH)的测定,通常采用在pH=9.8时,DCH与Co~(2+)形成配合物,在波长355nm处测定吸光度的方法。由于尼龙66盐和显色剂(醋酸钴)对吸光度值均有影响,故必然引入较大的误差。本文采用双波长分光光度法测定尼龙66盐中DCH的含量,对消除或降低尼龙66盐和显色剂的影响,提高测定灵敏度取得了良好的效果。 DCH在pH=9.8时,与Co~(2+)生成配合物:
