7月20日,集团公司领导干部会议在大港油田南戴河培训中心召开。集团公司、股份公司机关和来自各企事业单位的党政领导共200多人参加了会议。这次领导干部会议的主要任务是,深入学习贯彻落实科学发展观,专题研究集团公司安全发展、清洁发展问题,总结和部署生产经营工作,深刻认识加强安全环保工作的极端重要性和紧迫性,深刻把握安全环保工作的规律性,深刻汲取近年来发生的重大事故教训,进一步动员百万石油职工统一思想,坚定信心,振奋精神,扎实工作,坚决遏制重特大事故的发生,努力实现集团公司安全环保形势的根本好转。
