综述了含磷胺类固化剂、含磷酸酐类固化剂和含磷羟基类固化剂的研究新进展。并通过防火等级UL94、极限氧指数(LOI)和失重率等阻燃性能参数对它们的阻燃性能进行了评价。最后对含磷阻燃环氧树脂体系研究的未来进行了展望。开发具有环境友好、低毒低烟和高效阻燃等优点的环氧树脂在电子电气和航天航空领域的应用具有深远意义。
The research progress of phosphorus-containing amine curing agent, phosphoric acid anhydride curing agent and phosphorous-containing hydroxyl curing agent are reviewed. Their flame retardancy was also evaluated by flame retardant performance parameters such as fireproof grade UL94, limiting oxygen index (LOI) and weight loss rate. Finally, the future research on phosphorus-containing flame retardant epoxy resin system is prospected. The development of environmentally friendly, low toxicity, low smoke and efficient flame retardant epoxy resin in the field of electrical and electronic and aerospace applications has far-reaching significance.
