低聚物具有独特的形态结构,可通过灵活的官能团反应制成各种固化产物,能够满足不同材料的性能要求,已被广泛应用于许多工业领域。随着低聚物研究的深入和应用上的要求,实现低聚物的分级分离或完全分离变得尤为重要。对低聚物的分离方法进行总结与评述,系统地介绍了溶解度分离法和色谱分离法,着重分析了它们的优缺点。溶解度分离法操作简单、处理量小;色谱分离法可以实现性质不同的低聚物的分离。最后指出低聚物分离方法多数集中于传统分离技术的应用,并对低聚物分离方法的发展进行了展望。
Oligomers have a unique morphological structure that can be made into a variety of cured products through flexible functional group reactions to meet the performance requirements of different materials and has been widely used in many industrial fields. With the further study of oligomers and application requirements, it is important to realize the fractionation or complete separation of oligomers. The methods for the separation of oligomers were summarized and reviewed. The methods of solubility and chromatographic separation were systematically introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. Solubility separation method is simple, the processing capacity is small; Chromatographic separation method can achieve the separation of different properties of oligomers. Finally, it is pointed out that most of oligomer separation methods are focused on the application of traditional separation techniques, and the development of oligomer separation methods is forecasted.
