以校为本的农村小学教学研究工作,就是从农村小学教师自身素质以及赖以生活的工作条件出发,把研究的重点转移到教师在课堂教学中所面临的各种现实教学情境中,最终目的是解决多数教师遇到的诸多热点、难点以及共同关注的焦点问题上。因此,在“校本”理念指导下,农村小学要适应形势,因地制宜,努力探索适合本校实际和教师特点的校本教研工作新路径、新方法。
School-based rural primary school teaching and research work is from the rural primary school teachers themselves and their living conditions of work starting, the focus of the study shifted to teachers in the classroom teaching in the face of the various real teaching situations, the ultimate goal Is to solve the majority of teachers encountered many hot spots, difficulties and focus of common concern. Therefore, guided by the concept of “school-based”, rural primary schools should adapt to the situation and work out local conditions to explore new ways and methods for school-based teaching and research, which are suitable for the actual conditions of our school and teachers.
