共青团工作要持续创新,必须在把握时代新变化和青年新特征的基础上追求变革。一是干部队伍要向专业化转变。传统工作的日益艰巨和复杂、工作载体和手段的创新、干部队伍的现实困境破解都要求提升专业化。二是成长服务要向科学化转变。要对成长服务进行科学化设计,建立长效机制。三是思想引领要向实效化转变。要用典型人物和事迹激励人;用切身利益关注凝聚人;用亲身体验和实践感化人;用时尚情感艺术元素吸引人。
To continuously innovate the work of the Communist Youth League, we must pursue change on the basis of grasping the new changes in the times and the new characteristics of youth. First, cadres should change to specialization. The increasingly arduous and complicated traditional work, the innovation of work carriers and means, and the reality difficulties of cadres continually require specialization. Second, growth services should be changed to science. We should scientifically design growth services and establish a long-term mechanism. Third, the idea should lead to the transformation of actualization. To inspire people with typical figures and deeds; to use the vital interests of the people to unite people; to experience with personal experience and practice; with emotional elements of fashion attractive.
