The accession to the WTO will surely have a far-reaching impact on China’s economic development and social life, and will have different impacts on different regions. This article profoundly analyzes the impact, opportunities and challenges that China’s accession to the WTO will bring to Henan’s primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry. Based on the reality of Henan Province, this article puts forward countermeasures and measures for industrial development in Henan Province. This is a highly collaborative research report completed by a number of organizations. The abstract is published in the journal for reference of relevant government departments and enterprises.
