工业节水潜力计算是政府制定工业用水规划的重要依据,同时可促进工业节水技术的进步和增强全社会节水意识。基于工业节水潜力计算的研究现状,提出一种新的计算方法,通过定量分析历年节水数据,选取合理的工业节水指标,引入Elman神经网络和误差反传算法进行工业节水潜力计算,并以泰安市工业用水情况为例验证了该计算方法的可行性。结果表明,Elman神经网络模型对节水潜力计算过程中存在的函数关系具有良好的非线性逼近能力。
The calculation of industrial water-saving potential is an important basis for the government in formulating industrial water planning. At the same time, it can promote the progress of industrial water-saving technologies and enhance the awareness of water saving in the whole society. Based on the current research status of industrial water saving potential calculation, a new calculation method is proposed. Through quantitative analysis of historical data of water saving, selecting reasonable industrial water saving targets, introducing Elman neural network and error back propagation algorithm to calculate industrial water saving potential, The case of industrial water in Tai’an City is taken as an example to verify the feasibility of this calculation method. The results show that the Elman neural network model has a good nonlinear approximation to the existing functional relationships in the calculation of water saving potential.
