通过对一起接种麻疹疫苗和白破疫苗后引发急性精神型反应的调查处理,了解急性精神型反应发生的原因及处理办法。根据《预防接种规程》和《河北省预防接种异常反应条例》相关规定对病例定性。患者为急性精神性反应,不属于预防接种异常反应。在开展大规模普种活动时,要做好宣传工作,防止出现急性精神性反应,特别是群体性精神型反应。
