音乐作为小学教育中的一门基础学科,作为提高学生性情、审美、道德的基础学科,有着其他课程替代不了的重要作用。2011年,《全日制义务教育音乐课程标准》(实验稿)的颁布,在教育理念、教学方法、教学内容、目标等方面都给小学音乐教育进行一次理论改革。新课标的实施,不仅要求一线教师具备实施的理论根基,还要依据教学对象的不同,用新颖的、综合的教学方法在课堂细节中循序渐进、有目的地引导学生,达到以“学生为主”的教育理念,这是新时代背景下课标实施的重中之重。
Music, as a basic subject in primary education, plays an important role as a basic discipline to improve students’ temperament, aesthetics and morality and can not be replaced by other courses. In 2011, the promulgation of the “full-time compulsory education music course standard” (experimental draft) gave a theoretical reform to elementary music education in terms of educational philosophy, teaching methods, teaching contents and goals. The implementation of the new curriculum standards, not only requires front-line teachers with the implementation of the theoretical foundation, but also based on the different teaching objects, with new, integrated teaching methods in the classroom details in a gradual and orderly manner to guide students to achieve "Education concept, which is the top standard implementation of the subject in the new era context.
