目的 60Co辐射强度的增高与抗坏血酸的含量下降呈较好的相关性,利用电离辐射引发抗坏血酸含量改变的性质,可以间接反映出不同的辐射剂量。方法本研究结合色谱方法分离及分析能力强、灵敏准确等特点,取辐射后抗坏血酸样液进行色谱分析,确定辐射吸收剂量与色谱峰面积之间的定量关系,提出电离辐射场吸收剂量的色谱检测新方法。结果辐射剂量与色谱峰面积呈较好的线性关系。辐射作用机制上,分别结合化学法、质谱法、核磁共振波谱法进行了分析,证实辐射对抗坏血酸的作用为氧化降解过程。结论辐射能与抗坏血酸反应和色谱峰高对射线强度都有化学放大作用,可用于辐射场剂量的测量,提高了灵敏度。采样时待测物简单易得,样品不要前处理,分析方法快速准确。本研究同时为“蔬菜辐射保鲜与营养学”和“生物学损伤效应研究”提供了方法基础。
The purpose of the 60Co radiation intensity increased ascorbic acid content decreased with a good correlation, the use of ionizing radiation induced ascorbic acid content changes in the nature of indirect reflection of different radiation doses. Methods The chromatographic analysis of the ascorbate-like solution after irradiation was carried out by combining chromatographic methods with strong ability of separation and analysis. The quantitative relationship between the radiation absorbed dose and the chromatographic peak area was determined. The chromatographic detection of absorbed dose of ionizing radiation field new method. Results Radiation dose and chromatographic peak area showed a good linear relationship. Radiation mechanism, respectively, combined with chemical methods, mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy were analyzed to confirm the role of radiation ascorbic acid oxidation degradation process. Conclusion Radiation energy, ascorbic acid reaction and peak height have a chemical amplification effect on the radiation intensity, which can be used to measure the radiation field dose and improve the sensitivity. The sample to be measured when the sample is easy to get, the sample is not pre-treatment, the method of analysis is fast and accurate. This research also provides the method basis for the research of “Vegetable Radiation Preservation and Nutrition” and “Biological Damage Effect Study”.
