目的:建立怀山药中镉的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱分析方法。方法:样品经微波消解后,以2%磷酸二氢铵溶液-1%抗坏血酸-1%硝酸为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定,标准曲线法定量。结果:在0 ng/ml~10 ng/ml线性范围内,R=0.9998,检出限为0.215 ng/ml,加标回收率为96.3%~104.2%,相对标准偏差(RDS)小于2%。结论:该法操作简便快速、干扰小、灵敏度高、回收率好,适于怀山药中镉的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of cadmium in Chinese yam by microwave digestion - graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The samples were digested by microwave and determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with 2% ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution - 1% ascorbic acid - 1% nitric acid as matrix modifier. Results: The linear range of 0 ng / ml ~ 10 ng / ml, R = 0.9998, the detection limit of 0.215 ng / ml, the recovery of 96.3% to 104.2%, relative standard deviation (RDS) less than 2%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, low interference, high sensitivity, good recovery, suitable for the determination of cadmium in the yam.
