家长和教师之间良好的沟通是家园合作与资源共享的前提,是建立良好家园关系的基础。本文主要对幼儿教育中的家长与教师的沟通与互动中存在的问题以及解决策略进行了探讨。
Good communication between parents and teachers is a prerequisite for cooperation and resource sharing in homestead and a foundation for building a good home-based relationship. This paper mainly discusses the problems and solutions in the communication and interaction between parents and teachers in early childhood education.
