城市道路建设与城市发展是一对矛盾,城市道路的规划和建设的相对滞后,欠账过多,成为目前城市交通难的重要原因之一。城市道路规划建设是城市规划建设的重要组成部分,但是,本身又与城市规划建设存在着矛盾。比如,城市化的通俗标志是城市面积(规模)的扩大,城市高度的增加,城市人口数量的增多和密度的提高,城市经济社会结构的多元化和复杂化。这一切都意味着对于城市道路的要求越来越高,对于城市交通功能的依赖也越来越高。因此,现如今迫切需要依据可持续发展战略原则,认识城市道路规划建设中的问题及其原因,这是解决城市行路难的一个基本前提。
Urban road construction and urban development are a pair of contradictions. The relative lagging behind of planning and construction of urban roads and excessive defaults have become one of the important reasons for the difficulty in urban traffic. Urban road planning and construction is an important part of urban planning and construction, but there are contradictions between itself and urban planning and construction. For example, the popular sign of urbanization is the expansion of urban area (size), the increase of urban height, the increase of urban population and the increase of density, and the diversification and complexity of urban economic and social structure. All this means that the demands on urban roads are getting higher and higher, and the reliance on urban transport functions is getting higher and higher. Therefore, we now urgently need to understand the problems and causes in the planning and construction of urban roads based on the principle of sustainable development. This is a basic prerequisite for solving the difficulties of urban roads.
