内蒙古自治区:《内蒙古自治区就业促进条例》经内蒙古自治区人大常委会审议通过,于今年1月1日起正式实施。《条例》包括,立法宗旨、政府责任、政策支持、就业援助、公平就业、就业服务和就业管理等内容。对健全财政投入机制和明确专项资金使用范围、高校毕业生服务基层就业、采取特别扶助措施促进残疾人就业、少数民族劳动者就业、职业培训及用人单位促进就业等方面都作出了明确规定。
Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region: “Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Employment Promotion Ordinance” was reviewed and approved by the Standing Committee of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Congress, on January 1 this year, the official implementation. The “Regulations” include legislative objectives, government responsibilities, policy support, employment assistance, fair employment, employment services and employment management. The government has made clear provisions on improving the financial input mechanism, defining the scope of special funds, providing services to grass-roots graduates in colleges and universities, adopting special support measures to promote the employment of persons with disabilities, employment of ethnic minority laborers, vocational training and employing units to promote employment.
