按正交表L_8(2~7)进行了一龄草鱼促长防病饲料添加剂VM-Ⅰ号网箱饲鱼效果对比试验。以草鱼种的净增重和成活率为评价指标作促长防病效果分析。经60天饲养结果表明,莨菪碱对提高草鱼种的产量和成活率的效果均较好,其合适添加量为2.5mg/kg。其次是喹乙醇、矿物质和氯化胆碱,合适添加量分别为50mg/kg,2％和900mg/kg。维生素类对增产影响明显,疫苗对提高成活率有明显影响。
According to the orthogonal table L_8 (2 ~ 7), comparison test was conducted on the fish feeding effect of the first-age grass carp growth promoting disease control additive VM-Ⅰ. The grass carp net weight gain and survival rate as the evaluation index to promote growth and prevent disease effect analysis. The results of feeding for 60 days showed that the effect of hyoscyamine on improving the yield and survival rate of grass carp was good, and the suitable dosage was 2.5 mg / kg. Followed by olaquindox, minerals and choline chloride, the appropriate dosage were 50mg / kg, 2% and 900mg / kg. Vitamins have a significant impact on increasing yield, and vaccines have a significant impact on improving survival rate.
