目的探讨我国医院门诊目前预约诊疗服务现状,并提出对策与建议,为我国医院实施预约诊疗服务提供一定的依据。方法对既有资料及文献行回顾性分析。结果我国目前医院门诊预约治疗服务虽然取得了一定的效果,但现状并不乐观,患者对预约诊疗服务积极性不高,而医院对预约诊疗服务的接受程度不高,以及预约体系与管理机制的不完善等,都对医院门诊预约诊疗服务的开展产生了一定的影响。结论为了提高医院门诊预约诊疗的服务质量,就需要提高患者与医院对预约诊疗服务的信任与接受程度,同时还应从医疗资源的分布及预约体系等方面加强相关建设,从而推广预约诊疗服务。
