2005年一系列宏观调控政策的出台,使全国房地产开发企业受到了空前的挑战。尽管已有很多的房地产开发企业意识到了楼盘品质的重要性,但究竟楼盘品质有哪些内涵?又有哪些可量化的指标?又通过怎样的手段进行控制和管理?却仍然是绝大多数房地产企业的开发瓶颈,“品质”仍然停留在对某些单个指标的考量而沦为炒作的工具之一。
