肾单位微灌注和节段肾小管细胞培养是直观、深入地研究肾单位生理功能及代谢调节的重要实验手段。建立这二大技术的基础是迅速、准确、完整的肾小球和肾小管微分离(microdissection)。本文在此就我们工作中的体会结合文献作一介绍。
Nephron microperfusion and tubular cell culture is an intuitive and in-depth study of renal unit physiological function and metabolism of important experimental means.
