作者用放射免疫测定法对47例特发性无精子症患者及31例正常生育力男性血清FSH、LH、T进行测定。结果表明特发性无精子症患者血清FSH、LH水平明显升高,T、T/LH减小(P<0.01)。47例患者睾丸活检病理分型比较,证实FSH、LH及T、T/LH改变与病理损害严重度有关(P<0.01),且LH、T、T/LH均与FSH显著相关。提示特发性无精子症患者除FSH变化外,尚存在间质细胞功能及LH-T轴异常,且LH-T轴与FSH-Inhibin轴具相互关系。
The authors used radioimmunoassay in 47 cases of idiopathic azoospermia and 31 cases of normal fertility male serum FSH, LH, T were measured. The results showed that patients with idiopathic azoospermia serum FSH, LH levels were significantly increased, T, T / LH decreased (P <0.01). The histopathology of testis biopsy showed that the changes of FSH, LH, T and T / LH were related to the severity of pathological changes (P <0.01), and the levels of LH, T and T / LH were significantly correlated with FSH.
