为进一步探讨济南假单胞菌抗瘤机制,该制品做小鼠抑瘤试验。对瘤体做切片进行病理观察。结果表明,该制剂除显著抑瘤作用外(抑瘤率56%),亦呈现明显阻止瘤细胞扩散作用。切片显示试验组瘤体内有大量淋巴细胞与多形核粒细胞等免疫细胞。瘤细胞凋亡率达40%,未观察到坏死病灶。避免了因大量杀伤瘤细胞而致的瘤组织坏死所引起的炎症反应。这可能是该药不良反应较少的主要原因之一。济南假单胞菌注射液对免疫系统有促进作用,可使巨嗜细胞功能增强,并产生特异性抗体,对动物转移瘤有明显抑制作用。本试验在抑瘤试验的基础上,对瘤体做切片镜检,直观地揭示了该药的作用机制。
To further explore the anti-tumor mechanism of Pseudomonas syringae, the product was used as a tumor suppressor test in mice. The tumor was sectioned for pathological observation. The results showed that in addition to a significant inhibitory effect on the tumor (inhibition rate of 56%), the preparation also significantly prevented the proliferation of tumor cells. Slices showed that there were a large number of lymphocytes and polymorphonuclear cells and other immune cells in the test group. The apoptotic rate of tumor cells reached 40%, and no necrotic lesions were observed. The inflammatory reaction caused by the necrosis of the tumor tissue caused by a large number of killer tumor cells was avoided. This may be one of the main reasons for the adverse reactions of the drug. Pseudomonas aeruginosa injection can promote the immune system, increase macrophage function, and produce specific antibodies, which can significantly inhibit animal metastases. On the basis of the tumor inhibition test, this experiment performed a microscopic examination of the tumor to visually reveal the mechanism of action of the drug.
