近年来,随着纤维内窥镜的普及,在内窥镜下对上消化道出血进行治疗已有很大进展。在内窥镜观察下能确定出血的部位、性质、程度,从而可以定治疗方案。在内窥镜下进行止血的方法有多种,如局部注药、高濒电烙法、激光凝固法等。本文就作者采用在内窥镜下撒布凝血酶治疗上消化道出血的疗效进行探讨。1982年7月～1983年3月,作者应用凝血酶局部撒布治疗上消化道出血73例。其中男性60例,女性13例。其基础疾病为:食道静脉曲张4例,胃炎17例,
