电冰箱生产过程中保温材料性能的优劣是直接影响冰箱质量的一个重要的因素,目前国内外均采用的保温材料是聚氨脂硬泡,因此如何提高聚氨脂硬泡的保■,降低其导热系数“λ”是一个值得研究的课题。虽然国外在这方面已有很多的研究,并见之于许多文献,但在国内尚属少闻。本文以自己经手的一些试验加以整理,对原料、容重、老化及显微结构诸因素与导热系数之间的关系进行分析和研究,进而为提高聚氨脂硬泡的保温性能;提供技术途径供冰箱同行商榷与参考。
