一、情况中國人民民主專政是中国工人階级、農民階級、小资产階級、民族资产階級及其他愛國民主分子的人民民主統一戰線的政權,而以工農聯盟為基礎,以工人階級为领导。因此,各級政府機關的工作人員中都有统一戰線工作。認为政府工作人員中只有工作關係,沒有統一戰线关係,那自然不對:认為只在上層人员间或只在有黨派關係的人员间才有統一戰線工作,而對於為数眾多的中下層人員和无党派人員的統一戰線工作,不予以應有的注意,那也是不對的。
