在今天这个从强调共性走向追求个性的时代,尊重成为有效教育的前提。学校管理以人为本,就必须尊重学生的人格、个性和需求,积极发挥学生的主体作用。我校自2011年践行“君子文化”以来,围绕“立志、敏学、崇礼、笃行”的核心价值追求,经过不断摸索,建立了一些有助于学生发展的特色活动平台。“校长对话日”就是其中具有鲜明特色的主题活动之一。
