一、工程概况日本东京浜松町大楼是面临东京湾的一座27层的超高层综合性办公楼。占地面积17400平方米,建筑面积80550平方米,标准层面积2380平方米。地下两层为机房,首层是防灾中心,二层为入口大厅,25个标准层为办公室,屋顶塔楼为机房、上架钢桅杆塔一座。建筑总高116米(不计桅杆塔),大楼一侧为三层可停180辆汽车的停车场,另一侧为一层的冷冻机房(平、剖面见图1)。各层办公室有空调设备,烟感器及受灾备用
I. Project Overview The Tokyo Hamamatsucho Building in Tokyo is a 27-storey super high-rise office building facing Tokyo Bay. Covers an area of 17,400 square meters, construction area of 80,550 square meters, standard floor area of 2,380 square meters. Two floors underground are the engine room, the first floor is the disaster prevention center, the second floor is the entrance hall, 25 standard floors are offices, and the roof tower is the engine room and a steel mast tower. The total height of the building is 116 meters (excluding the mast tower). On one side of the building is a three-story car park that can park 180 cars, and on the other side is a one-story freezing room (flat and profiled in Figure 1). Air-conditioning equipment, smoke detectors and disaster spares are available at all levels of offices
