为了在深圳、珠海等经济特区推广混凝土气垫薄膜真空吸水新技术,国家建材局科教司于1984年10月20日在深圳市市政公司召开了会议,并在该市沙头角施工现场进行了操作表演。参加会议的单位35个,代表76名。国家建材局苏州混凝土水泥制品研究院于10月22～26日又在市政公司内举办了此项新技术的培训班。推广会和培训班效果良好,受到了上级主管部门和施工单位的重视和欢迎。
In order to promote the vacuum absorption of concrete air-cushion film in Shenzhen, Zhuhai, and other special economic zones, the Department of Science and Education of the National Building Materials Bureau held a meeting on the Shenzhen municipal company on October 20, 1984, and performed an operation at the construction site of Shatoujiao in the city. . There were 35 participants in the conference, representing 76 members. The Suzhou Concrete Cement Products Research Institute of the State Bureau of Building Materials organized a training course for this new technology in the municipal company from October 22 to 26. Promotion conferences and training sessions performed well and were highly valued and welcomed by the higher authorities and construction units.
