2007年4月9日,国务院总理温家宝签署了《生产安全事故报告和调查处理条例》(以下简称《条例》),于今年6月1日起施行。目前,国务院有关部门正在抓紧贯彻落实《条例》的相关准备工作。针对大家关心的一些问题,记者采访了国务院法制办、国家安全监管总局负责人。
On April 9, 2007, Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council signed the “Regulations on the Reporting and Investigation of Production Safety Incidents” (the “Regulations”), which came into force on June 1 this year. At present, relevant departments under the State Council are paying close attention to the relevant preparatory work for implementing the “Regulations.” In response to some people’s concerns, the reporter interviewed the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council and the head of the State Security Administration.
