超声钻相法,是在金相显微镜下,用超声振动的特制针尖,钻取待鉴定的相,随后把钻落下来的细小质点汇聚起来进行 X 射线相分析的一种方法。它可以弥补化学分离方法中由于找不到适当溶液而难于提取待鉴定相的缺点,也具有能针对某特定部位上第二相或夹杂进行分析的优点。它是一般试验室易于采用的方法。但此方法仅适用于较大质点(10μ以上)相的分离。本文介绍了超声钻相法装置的设计和操作步骤,以及利用这种方法所取得的一些结果。
Ultrasound drilling method is a method of X-ray phase analysis by metallurgical microscopy, the use of ultrasonic vibration of the special needle tip, drill the phase to be identified, and then drill down the small particles together. It can make up for the shortcomings of the chemical separation method that it is difficult to extract the phase to be identified because it can not find the appropriate solution, and also has the advantage of analyzing the second phase or inclusion in a specific part. It is an easy-to-use method for general labs. However, this method is only suitable for the separation of larger particles (10μ) phase. This article describes the design and operation steps of the ultrasonic drilling unit, and some of the results achieved using this method.
