笔者常涉基层中药加工店(房),时见饮片炮制不投规定的辅料,妄加取代而有伪品者,现集录于下。 1.米糠代麦麸,用于拌炒枳壳、苍术、僵蚕等药物前者为禾本科植物稻的果皮和种皮;后者为同科植物小麦的种皮,其性味甘平,能和中益脾,止泄利,常作为补益脾胃或作用强烈及有腥气的药物的炮制辅料。《本草蒙荃》中载:“麦麸皮制抑酷性勿伤上膈,”据现代有关资料分析,麸皮与药物共制,能吸收药物中的挥发油,从而缓和燥性,消除不快气味,增强药效。而米糠多系果壳,自古不作炮制辅料,倘今对其降低药物燥性的作用也未见报道,故不可代替麦麸。
