对建筑用X80管线钢中Ca O-Al2O3系非金属夹杂物进行了研究和优化。结果表明,采用传统生产工艺获得的X80钢中,B类夹杂物主要为条串状低熔点的Ca O-Al2O3夹杂物。在钙处理前将RH精炼时间增加一倍,能够有效减小夹杂物数量。
The CaO-Al2O3 non-metallic inclusions in X80 pipeline steel for construction were studied and optimized. The results show that the type B inclusions in the X80 steel obtained by the traditional production process are mainly CaO-Al2O3 inclusions with low melting point. Doubling the RH refining time before calcium treatment can effectively reduce the amount of inclusions.
