教学,分开来看就是教与学。教,就是教师传授知识;学,则是学生学习知识。但是学,不仅仅针对学生,同时也是老师学习的过程。因为一名教师只有不断进行自身能力的提高才能更好地适应不断发展变化的教学环境,才能进行更好的教学。因此,对于学生来说,有一个好的引导者,用一些好的方法来引导他们学习,是非常重要的。在教学中教师如能把课讲得有趣有味,给学生以栩栩如生之感,学生就会印象深刻、难以忘怀,从而调动他们学习的积极性,激发其探求知识的欲望、热情和动力。
