我院经过几年的整顿,先后整顿了各项规章制度,并取得了初步成效,基本上改变了过去脏、乱、差的现象。但是由于管理不严,制度不全,基础不牢,赏罚不明,因此医院工作质量的稳定性尚存在一些问题。从去年开始结合医院改革,我院推行了以整顿基础工作为内容的岗位责任制,并把岗位责任制与奖金分配挂起钩来。
After several years of rectification, our institute has rectified various rules and regulations and achieved initial results. It basically changed the phenomenon of dirtyness, disorder, and badness in the past. However, due to poor management, incomplete systems, weak foundations, and unclear rewards and penalties, there are still some problems in the stability of hospital work quality. Since last year in conjunction with the hospital reform, our institute has implemented a post responsibility system that relies on the basic work of rectification, and has linked the post responsibility system with the distribution of bonuses.
