提供开发红景天抗老化作用形态学依据。利用透射电镜和体视学方法定量地计算了红景天素对老龄大鼠心肌超微结构的影响。结果显示:以心肌细胞为参照系,细胞成分增加,间质成分减少;以肌细胞为参照系,细胞核和线粒体的体密度增加,脂褐素的体密度减少;线粒体体密度/肌原纤维体密度增加;线粒体外膜比面积和线粒体内膜+嵴比面积增加。结果提示,红景天素具有预防或延缓心肌老化作用。
Provide morphological basis for the development of anti-aging effects of Rhodiola. The effect of salidroside on myocardial ultrastructure of aged rats was quantitatively calculated by transmission electron microscopy and stereology. The results showed that the myocardial cells as a reference frame increased cell components and decreased interstitial components. Muscle cells as a reference system increased the body density of nucleus and mitochondria, and reduced the body density of lipofuscin; mitochondrial body density/myofibrils Density increase; mitochondrial outer membrane specific area and mitochondrial inner membrane + enamel ratio area increased. The results suggest that rhodiola has the effect of preventing or delaying myocardial aging.
