由硝基苯还原制得的苯胺,主要用于染料中间体、农药、医药、橡胶助剂等的重要原料。苯胺中的主要杂质是水及硝基苯,由于这些杂质的存在,影响产品质量,如使染料颜色不纯正,影响磺胺类药物的质量等。目前苯胺中杂质水的分析方法是用气相色谱法,而硝基苯的分析方法是用极谱法,测试过程较麻烦。本文介绍用毛细管气相色谱法分析苯胺中硝基苯,可使苯胺中杂质的分析统一用一种方法,具有相对简便、灵敏、快速等优点。
Aniline prepared by the reduction of nitrobenzene, mainly used for dye intermediates, pesticides, pharmaceuticals, rubber additives, and other important raw materials. Aniline is the main impurities in water and nitrobenzene, due to the presence of these impurities, affecting product quality, such as the dye color impure, affect the quality of sulfonamides and so on. At present, aniline in the analysis of impurities in water by gas chromatography, nitrobenzene analysis is polarographic method, the test process more trouble.
