胃下垂是一种常见慢性病,我们过去单用中药或西药治疗,疗效欠佳。近年学习了安徽太平县人民医院治疗胃下垂的经验—溴化加兰他敏穴位注射,苯丙酸诺龙穴位注射及臀部压痛点注射,并在这基础上加用中药补中益气汤加减治疗37例患者,取得较好疗效。临床资料1.37例患者均有不同程度腹胀、进食后加重,不规则的上中腹部隐痛,食欲减退、暖气、贫血;2.X线钡检;胃张力低、蠕动减慢、胃下极在额脊联线下7厘米2人,8厘米6人,9、10厘米各1人,11～14厘米共24人,15厘米3人。
