前言我国目前给水管道仍以铸铁承插管为主,接口是承插式的亦称钟栓式或喇叭口,如图一所示。承口与插口的环形空隙前部是嵌缝部分、后部具有三角槽是歛缝部分①、两管相接中间是温度伸缩缝。这些细部尺寸鞍钢国产铸铁管均有标准规定。在接口填塞时,用麻瓣做嵌缝填料,用石棉水泥或水泥做歛缝填料,管道接口质量就是由这些填料来决定的。自从北京、鞍山等地学习苏联先进经验采用石棉水泥代替青铅做接口填料以来,为国家节省了大量青铅降低给水管接口造价90%,质量亦有显著提高。由于我们缺乏操作经验,在四
Foreword China’s current water supply pipelines are still mainly cast iron sockets, and the interface is socket-type, also known as bell-type or bell-mouth, as shown in Figure 1.
